My career began in the field of behavioral neuroscience where I studied the inner workings of the nervous system. Now I now get to directly put into practice what I've learned by helping you better regulate your nervous system where it matters most: in your relationship! It is impossible to have a truly healthy relationship without this critical piece, as our triggers initially manifest in the body through heightened nervous system responses. Changing our body's reaction to triggers is THE most important thing we can do to improve our relationships. But as we all know, it's not always easy, which is why I'm here to help!

My rigorous scientific background greatly enhances my ability to solve your relationship issues since I am trained to focus on the details that others might miss. I am very detail-oriented and am able to hone in on where exactly your relationship problems are coming from. I break down your issues, find the patterns, and figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface. The devil really is in the details and I zero in on them like a hawk.

In addition to my scientific background, my extensive training in somatic work and couples counseling allows me to offer couples a comprehensive and unique approach to relationship growth that goes beyond traditional therapy. Working together as a team, we are able to address challenges on multiple levels by aligning your partnership with your values, exploring the body's role in emotions, and navigating complex relational dynamics in order to get you to a brand new place in your relationship.
