What is intensive couples counseling?
Couples intensives allows for deep work, quickly, when you don't have time to waste. We take two consecutive days and meet over zoom for 4 hours each day (with a 1.5 hour lunch break in the middle). The intensive experience provides a concentrated, immersive environment that allows couples to make significant progress in a short period of time, and as a result, often becomes a significant turning point in the relationship.
Ideal for Busy Schedules and Crisis Situations
This format compresses weeks or months of therapy into just a few days, enabling partners to dive deep into core issues, quickly. It's ideal for couples with busy schedules who find it challenging to fit weekly sessions into their lives, or for those facing serious issues like infidelity (affair must be in the past), chronic conflict, or considering separation, when time is of the essence. This approach provides immediate, focused help when it's needed most, allowing couples to make rapid progress and prevent issues from escalating further.

Couples intensives are not recommended for those with ongoing affairs, active addictions, or situations of domestic violence.

Couples Intensive Pricing

8 hours of counseling over two days

​A non-refundable deposit for half the amount of your total intensive cost is required to reserve your dates. If you need to reschedule your intensive, you can do so up to 1 week before and the non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled date. Cancellations within a week of the scheduled intensive incur the cost of the deposit.​​​​​​​
